We all have made mistakes in our lives. However, we must choose if our mistakes (life experiences) are going to be a restraint or a catapult.
The definition of a restraint is a condition that keeps one within limits. The definition of a catapult is a device which has accumlated pressure and is suddenly released to launch or propel an object in a specific direction. So choose today whether you are going to allow your past to restrain you (withhold you with limitations) or lauch you (propel you into your destination). Heavenly Father, Put your name in this blank: (_____________) is going to use the pressures of my past to catapult me into my destiny. Father, I will trust You during this process. In Jesus Name, Amen. Copyrighted 2017 by Edwina D. Perrin. All rigths reserved. Philippians 3:13-14 "Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."(NIV). |
