![]() But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. (Psalm 22:3) Praise is the prescription God has ordered for us to use against the enemy. Praise is an expression of glorifying the Lord through singing, thanksgiving, clapping your hands, lifting your hands, dancing, or shouting. Praise magnifies and manifests God’s presence and drives away the presence of the enemy. When the atmosphere is set with a sincere worship, the devils becomes upset, confused, and fears the name of Jesus. If you want to send the devil fleeing, start praising God with a sincere praise and a humble heart. Praise God in spite of the situation. I challenge you to give God a radical praise! Send up Shabach and Barak and watch God. Heavenly Father, I need an IV (intravenous) of praise in my veins, IV of worship in my veins, IV of favor in my veins, IV of humility in my veins, IV of discernment in my veins, IV of love in my veins, IV of peace in my veins, and an IV of blessings in my veins, BUT most of all an IV of servanthood in my veins. God, provide me with refills of praise daily. Thanking You in advance! In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen ©2015 by Edwina Perrin. Heavenly Father, As the Christmas season is upon us, please do not let me focus on the purchasing of gifts, but the birth of Christ. God, help me to focus on the blessing You have provided for me. Giving Jesus to me was the best present I could have ever receive. I do not want to gain the world of materialistic items and lose my soul. You state in Your word, for us not to lay up ourselves treasures upon earth, but lay our treasures in heaven (Matt 6: 19-21). Materialistic things will fade away, but Your love is forever. Thank you for the gift of joy, peace, and love. I give You praises for life, good health, and the strength to do my everyday activities. Jesus, I will not sacrifice my soul for the tangible gifts because You are the best gift to me. In Jesus Name, Amen ©2015 by Edwina Perrin. All rights reserved ![]() Ephesians 6:12 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” When you are in a spiritual warfare, you must be a fighter because the above scripture tells us that we are challenged against the evil rulers of darkness. Just as in the military you cannot underestimate the enemy. In John 10:10, it states the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; but Jesus says I come that you may have life and have it abundantly. Jesus has already told us that He came to give us life. Therefore, during the spiritual warfare, have a sovereign attitude. A sovereign attitude is submitting to God (James 4:7) and allowing God to handle the problem for us. Often times we do not submit to God, but submit to our emotions and try to handle the battle by ourselves. However, just as the Lord told Jehoshaphat, be not afraid, but the battle is the Lord (2 Chronicles 20). Heavenly Father, I surrender my battles to You. I cannot handle them on my own. I trust You! God, forgive me for trying to fight battles in my own way. I will have a sovereign attitude by standing still and seeing Your salvation. In Jesus Name, Amen ©2015 by Edwina Perrin. Heavenly Father, I am glad I can call You anytime of the day or night. I don’t have to leave a voicemail, send a text, tweet, Periscope, Facebook, or use any social media to reach You. All I need is to call Elohim and You will hear my cry. Father, as we enter into this Christmas season, I am lifting up anyone who does not have relationship with You. I am lifting up anyone who is caught up in the commercialism of the season. I am lifting the families who may dealing with financial difficulties and may not be able to put food on the table. I lift up the families who may not have a safe place to live. Father, hear my cry! I am praying for the family who may not have the income to pay the electric bill to keep the house warm. Right now in the mighty name of Jesus I am interceding for these families. God, I declare and decree blessings for these families. I pray for provisions for these families. I pray for a philanthropist to come bless them. You have blessed the philanthropist. Now touch the hearts of the philanthropist to share what they have been blessed with. As I end this prayer, we count it done in Your name. You are Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Nissi, and Jehovah Shammah. We are the head and not the tail; the lender and not the borrower. Jesus, is all I have say! You are our provider, our refuge, and our strength. In Jesus Name, Amen ©2015 by Edwina Perrin. All rights reserved. |
