A Spiritual Smoothie
The latest health kick to improve your health, boost your energy, or lose weight is drinking a smoothie.  A smoothie is a thick beverage made from a variety of raw fruit and/or vegetables mixed with ice, milk, or yogurt.  People spend money daily buying equipment and ingredients to make these “Healthy” Smoothies.  Specific smoothies are for specific health concerns. 

​Those smoothies are for your physical health and you have to purchase the ingredients to make them.  However, there is a SPIRITUAL SMOOTHIE that can improve your physical and spiritual health at no cost. You do not have to pay for ingredients or purchase special equipment because Jesus paid for it at Calvary. The scripture says, “He gives strength to those who grow tired and increases the strength of those who are weak” (GWT).  A few of the ingredients are salvation, strength, redemption, healing, deliverance, and restoration.   If you grow weak and weary, make a spiritual smoothie using the equipment such as the bible, prayer, and a relationship with the Master. 

Heavenly Father,
You are a strong tower and when I am weak you are strong. I thank You for sending Your only begotten son to Calvary. When I grow weary or weak, I am so thankful that I can come to You without purchasing anything.  All I have to do is call Your name!
